We are currently seeking a Project Leader Supervisor to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Leader Supervisor at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple project leaders, ensuring the successful management and delivery of projects. Your leadership will be crucial in driving project excellence, mentoring project leaders, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supervising and mentoring a team of project leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Overseeing the development and execution of project plans, ensuring that all team members adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and met.
• Monitoring project progress across teams, identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement in project management practices.
• Providing regular performance feedback to project leaders and conducting evaluations to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.
• Reporting project status and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, along with significant experience in leading and supervising project teams.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to successful outcomes in a matrix environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop project leaders.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
