The Project Manager is responsible for the smooth delivery of new software deliverables into our production environment. The Project Manager will need to interface with cross-functional teams within Firecrest to successfully complete the work required ensuring that all projects adhere to specifications and are delivered within the required timescale.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for the administration and management of the jira project: Driving Sponsor Value, which is used for tracking and managing product bugs and improvements. Reviewing and assessing new tickets, arranging internal meetings to review and prioritize tickets.
The Project Manager will need to work on other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Manager.

Project Manager Responsibilities
Work closely with our software product owners and delivery managers to plan and map out transition of new software products into production environments.
- Project manager (a) the delivery of software into operations, (b) the operational considerations and ensuring that Clinical Operations can support the rollout of the software from the perspective of:
- Scalability & Deployment
- Compliance
- Regulatory
- Training
- Processes & Procedures
- Manage all projects risks and issues finding the appropriate solutions to address them - act as a link between software teams and operations/production.
- Work across multi-functional teams in Firecrest and Icon to implement the projects
- Influence and create buy-in from cross-divisional teams
- Document and process map any new software initiatives and assess implications for operations and production teams.
- Work closely with our production and operations teams to ensure they are prepared for changes to, or new software deliverables.

- Contribute to process improvement and product enhancement, with a focus on streamlining ICON/Firecrest processes and meeting client needs.
- Follow all approved SOPs.

- Demonstrate and apply risk and issue mitigation strategies
- Responsible for implementing ICON/Firecrest Policies and Practices in Portal Admin group.
