As a Program Manager within our eam, you will provide leadership to effectively coordinate and manage the activities of one or more large cross-functional multinational studies or a program of studies and project teams and make sure that all timeframes and targets are met within budget.

The role

• Develop full service project plans for clinical trials or a program of studies
• Lead cross functional study teams in accordance with contractual timelines, client specifications and Good Clinical Practices (GCP's)
• Effectively manage study budgets to ensure financial targets are met
• Provide coaching/mentoring to Project Managers (PMs)
• Contribute to department training initiatives.

What you need

• Bachelor's Degree in medicine, science or equivalent degree
• Qualification in Project Management or equivalent (PMI certification)
• A minimum of seven (7) years of full service project management (US only) or
• Nine (9) years of single service project management.
• Track record of successfully managing large/complex global cross functional projects
• Strong domestic and international project management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
