事業拡大に伴い、日本国内のサービスを強化するため新たに Project Manager/Project Analystを増員募集します。

※現在日本組織は Project Manager 4 名、Client Service Associate 2名(こちらの2チームが統合)

【職務内容】

※以下クライアント = ICON グローバルにおける全部門。

同部門の Project Manager/Project Analystとして、クライアントの翻訳プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトの開始までのコミュニケーション（内容、費用などのすり合わせ）から全体のプロジェクトマネジメント一連

（社内外の翻訳者との連携、納品までの進捗及び品質管理など）をご担当いただきます。

【主な業務内容】

・クライアントのニーズを踏まえてデータベースより翻訳者やレビュアーの選定、依頼

・案件進捗管理、予算内での管理

・翻訳チェッカーへのチェック依頼

・納品物の最終確認、納品

・クライアントの期待値を管理し、パートナーシップを強化する。

・必要に応じて、最終提案書を期限内にクライアントに提出する。

・クライアントのニーズに合致した成果物を作成するために、明確で簡潔なプロジェクト指示書の作成

・プロジェクトの運営にあたってチームメンバーとクライアントの連携

・緊急の問い合わせやタスクを効果的かつ迅速に管理し、プロジェクトのタイムラインの管理　等

【特徴】

- 業務は読み書き・会話を含めて 9 割以上が英語です。日本国内外、様々な地 域の project がアサインされる予定であり、日本国内からの依頼であっても 英語でご対応いただくことがございます。

- 当ポジションでは、翻訳業務そのものをご対応いただくことは想定しており ません。

【必須（MUST）】

■翻訳会社または企業の翻訳部門における 5年以上の Project Management の ご経験（受注前～納品まで）

■医薬品開発に関する知識

■ビジネスレベルの日本語力と英語力

■マイクロソフトオフィスを使用して業務が可能な方

【歓迎（WANT）】

■顧客折衝、顧客管理の経験

■翻訳支援ツール（CAT ツール）の使用経験

■マルチタスクな環境で業務が得意な方

■タイムマネジメント・業務の優先順位付けができる方

We are currently seeking a Project Manager, PCS to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager, PCS at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Patient Care Solutions (PCS) for clinical trials. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that PCS systems are effectively integrated to enhance patient experience and support clinical operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of PCS projects, ensuring alignment with clinical trial objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and technology specialists, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitating communication and stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration and address any project-related challenges.
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive innovation and improve project delivery.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the clinical research industry, specifically related to patient care solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
