As a Project Support Analyst I, Interactive Response Technology (IRT) at ICON, you will provide essential support for Interactive Response Technology (IRT) projects, ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of IRT projects, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans.
  •  Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to enquiries, suggestions and requests.
  • Resolves complex customer inquiries and requests appropriately and efficiently maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centre around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
  • Perform project support activities in a manner that is in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate regulations.
  • Make independent judgments to complete tasks/requests as appropriate for studies
  • Resolve critical/complex requests made by ICON HelpDesk
  • Provide critical input to Project Management for proactive resolutions and improvements
  • Liaise with internal and external clients on project support related matters
  • Maintain confidentiality of project information as appropriate
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as required
  • Tracking communications, day to day activities and cases into a ticketing/service management tool.



Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, life sciences, or business administration.
  • Experience in a support role within project management or a related field, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing effective support and facilitating team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing project tasks.
