Job Title: Proposal Development Associate

Location: Hybrid Contract (3 days office-based) from Dublin, Ireland OR Sofia, Bulgaria

We are currently seeking a Proposals Development Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team specifically dedicated to the outsourced partnerships team. As a Proposals Development Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in the development of client proposals, contributing to the success of our clinical trial projects, and advancing innovative treatments and therapies in healthcare.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Respond to any RFI queries related to the outsourced business model in relation to new business.

• Leading the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents. A key part of this role is to create the strategic narrative and templates to encapsulate how ICON would be the best option for the potential partnership .

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams where required to ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.

• Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing proposal development strategies.

• Managing proposal process workflows, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.

• Maintaining proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development and management.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.

• Experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus.
