Senior Business Analyst

This busy & interesting position sits within the IT project management office (PMO). The IT PMO provides governance for all IT projects within ICON.  The team includes Project Managers & Business Analysts who are based primarily in Dublin & the United States. This particular senior role is responsible for leading the analysis of business initiatives to ensure that business needs are accurately captured & translated into solutions that deliver quantified benefits for ICON.

Key experience / skills required include: 

·         Planning / Running business requirements workshops, interviews etc.

·         Development of process / requirements documentation

·         Strong verbal / written communication skills, interpretive skills & attention to detail.

·         Good negotiator.

·         Critical thinker.

The successful applicant will be a highly adaptable expert Business Analyst with a verifiable background working a large multi-department organise. Plc experience is ideal but we would also like to hear from people with a strong consulting background. Experience in CRO / pharma / regulated environments an advantage.
