We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Data Science Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Clinical Data Science Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading the analysis, interpretation, and management of clinical data to drive the success of our clinical trials. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies by overseeing data science initiatives and ensuring data quality and integrity across studies.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Takes a leadership role in creating, planning, and tracking content, format, quality, and timing of data management deliverables, including, but not limited to, CRF, data review plan, QC plan, oversight plan, database release plan, final datasets, submission plan and archival.

• Ensures deliverables are on time.

• Takes a leadership role with the assigned clinical working group(s) to ensure that Data Management and TA trial needs and deliverables are met.

• Takes a leadership role in Identifying and communicating lessons learned, best practices and frequently asked questions at the trial level.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading study as the main POC.
• Data Management experience preferred; required for advanced/complex trial oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within diverse, global, and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven project management and vendor management capabilities.
• Strong clinical trial experience, with hands‑on involvement across various stages of study execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly data manipulation and analysis tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
