Senior Clinical Supply Specialist

As a Senior Clinical Supply Specialist you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

You will be partnering with one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a science-based company with one of the most exciting product pipelines in the industry. This global pharmaceutical client develops breakthrough innovative medicines to improve and extend the opportunity to build your career in a rewarding customer-focused environment that supports creativity, collaboration and performance.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trial materials, including planning, procurement, and distribution to ensure timely availability.
• Collaborating with clinical teams to assess supply needs, resolve any issues, and optimize inventory management.
• Monitoring and overseeing the logistics of clinical supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
• Providing strategic input on supply chain improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable supply chain operations and address any challenges that arise.

You are:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, supply chain management, or logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of significant experience in managing clinical supply chains, with a strong understanding of clinical trial requirements and regulatory standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex supply chain logistics and coordinate across teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain management tools and data analysis, with experience in using software for tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
