We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior CTA at ICON Plc, you will play a key role in supporting the management and execution of clinical trials by handling a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will contribute to the smooth execution of clinical trials through efficient coordination, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders.

Key Purpose:

To support and facilitate the operational implementation of Non-Amgen Sponsored Clinical Research (NASCR) from receipt of submission to close-out, in accordance with global ISS and EA SOPs and other supporting documentation. NASCR includes Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS), Research Partner Studies, and Expanded Access.

Key Activities:

• Support NASCR Manager in facilitating operational NASCR processes in accordance with global SOPs and other supporting documentation
• Support NACSR Manager in partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate support of NASCR deliverables
• Data entry and tracking in source systems
• Maintain tracking of ISS proposals, protocols and EA requests
• Track receipt of NASCR concepts/proposals from Investigator Sponsor
• Support and facilitate sponsor communication via collaboration with Medical point of contact (e.g. acknowledgement of receipt of proposal, provision of scientific comments on protocol)
• Support sponsor qualification process
• Support execution of Confidential Disclosure Agreement where required
• Support process for cross functional review of proposals, protocols and amendments
• Support meetings internally (e.g. Pre-KEG review meetings, EGT, Drug Supply Plan) and with Sponsor as appropriate (drafting agendas, minutes, etc)
• Provide protocol submission package and open study packets to sponsor
• Support partnering with Supply Chain representative regarding set-up and continuity of supply, including temperature excursions and product complaint processing as required
