We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team in our specialist Phase 1 unit in Budapest. As a Senior Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist at ICON Plc, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to ensure the successful enrollment of participants in clinical trials. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative therapies by optimizing recruitment processes and collaborating closely with various teams to meet trial objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain participants for Phase 1 clinical trials.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and optimize participant engagement efforts.

• Overseeing the creation and management of recruitment materials and campaigns to effectively communicate with potential participants.

• Providing strategic guidance on recruitment best practices and addressing challenges to ensure timely enrollment.

• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and community organizations to enhance recruitment outreach.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, public health, or social sciences.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial recruitment, with a proven track record of successful participant enrollment.

• Good expertise in marketing strategy including social media

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.

• Expertise in participant engagement strategies and recruitment techniques, with proficiency in relevant tools and systems.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive results within a complex organization.
