Position Summary:

* Support Business Development in the winning of new business for ICON accounting for more than 50% of new business wins.

* To provide leadership and management of the proposals team inclusive of Proposal Managers and Proposal Development Associates.
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that result in the development of costs and proposals of the highest accuracy and effectiveness, not only within their own Division, but across all ICON Divisions.
