We are currently seeking a Senior Investigator Pricing Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team on a remote basis.

You will work closely with Clinical Operations, the Contracts & Budget team, and our site payment vendor to manage the full lifecycle of investigator payments. Your expertise will help maintain strong relationships with investigators while supporting the effective financial execution of clinical trials.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborating with clinical operations, finance teams, and investigators to ensure accuracy and timely site payments for study portfolio.
• Overseeing and managing global clinical trial site payments in alignment with study budgets and contractual terms.
• Monitoring overall study budgets, with particular emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region and other country-specific payment requirements and regulations.
• Tracking payments owed to clinical research sites and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues related to site payments.
• Maintaining consistent communication with investigators, vendors, and internal teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Reviewing clinical trial site budgets when needed.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in financial operations, global site payment processes, or clinical trial payment management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical with attention to accuracy and financial integrity.
• Experience supporting R&D and/or Clinical Trial Business Operations is an advantage.
