Investigator Payments Systems Analyst- can be onsite or remote.

Job description

You possess a strong background in Investigator Payments Systems.  Your ideal work environment thrives on collaboration within a diverse team, fostering cross-departmental communication, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. System Access Management:

  • Handle IPG Investigator Payments Systems Access Approval requests via Service Now queue for users.
  • Take part in quarterly user access reviews using the Sailpoint application.

End User Support:

  • Aid IPG Investigator Payments Systems end users through the Service Now queue.
  • Prioritize and troubleshoot Service Now tickets, offering support and re-education where necessary.
  • Gather user feedback on system applications and processes, providing insights to the Systems Manager.
  • Escalate application issues with significant user impact to the Systems Manager or Support Manager.
  • Collaborate with IT to address and communicate system-related issues affecting users, escalating to management when necessary.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct proactive reviews of system data to identify training needs and system issues.
  • Engage with system users to discuss issues and provide training or assist in creating training materials under the guidance of the Systems Manager.

Project Involvement:

  • Represent the IPG Systems Development Team in cross-departmental meetings for new projects.
  • Aid in documenting user needs/requirements and system setup/modification steps.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new development projects or bug fixes.
  • Offer management feedback on process efficiency and suggest system improvements.

For your consideration, we are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Prior experience with CRO/Pharma Investigator Payments Systems.
  • Candidates who demonstrate a willingness to take on leadership responsibilities and mentor others on the team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel for conducting spreadsheet analysis.
  • Eagerness to learn and the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
  • Capability to formulate comprehensive testing plans and test cases by seeking clarification when needed.
  • Ability to understand tasks at hand and prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changes in requirements or circumstances.
  • Strong team player mentality with a commitment to collaborative success.
  • Self-organizational skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
