Sr Presentation Specialist

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As the Sr Presentation Specialist:
In this role, you will
- Redesign slides by incorporating visual storytelling and data visualization best practices to communicate information in a succinct, meaningful way using MS PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Work with Creative concepts and art direction to create complete PowerPoint templates, including master slides, color palette, fonts palette, and visuals for use in client presentations
- Develop and maintain an archive of presentations and other collateral materials
- Perform formatting and redesign tasks in MS Word and MS Excel as needed
- Style and consolidate high quantities of scientific and promotional presentations for different ICO business units, including managed markets, medical communications, pricing and market access, health economics, and patient recruitment
- Work closely with account staff, content, and Editorial to ensure accurate placement and review of content
- Create unique backgrounds, images, and incorporate graphics and art from other applications
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral for the team (i.e. capabilities presentations, videos, websites, etc.)
- Work closely with Traffic Managers and account teams to organize and effectively manage your work load to meet client deadlines and expectations
- Manage a freelance pool and ensure the timely delivery of freelance projects according to in-house quality standards, which entails the following:
- Weighing in on appropriate freelancers to consider after reviewing resumés, work samples, and qualifications
- Ensuring that the freelancers involved in a project receive and return all required materials
- Ensuring that freelance deliverables are completed by the deadlines assigned and in accordance with the specific instructions of each request and our internal company quality standards
- Ensuring that all freelancers provide appropriate time tracking documentation and submit their timecards for timely approval
What you need
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in communications or local equivalent
- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling training and experience with the ability to interpret communication objectives into infographic and presentation formats
- Excellent communication skills with internal clients and creative services management
- Proficiency in time, project and resource management
- Ability to package slides and presentations into cohesive and engaging presentation media
- Proficient support software skills to aid in development and layout (Photoshop, illustrator, and any other new media packages)
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines on multiple projects
