Sr Project Leader:

Embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs 
•    Comply with company-sanctioned processes for delivery of projects through adherence to best practices/SOPs and use of internal systems (for example, Workzone/iLearn) that enable efficient and effective execution
•    Interact with internal delivery teams including Content, Creative, Finance, and other delivery operations members to assure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget to meet client expectations
•    Strong ability to manage high volume projects with competing timelines and resources.   Provide support for overflow and capacity needs from Account Leaders
•    Partial day-to-day contact with client
•    Take on ownership of larger more complicated projects from Project Leader
•    Provide task-based project management support, assisting the Account Services team and wider delivery teams in meeting day-to-day tasks, including project routing, timelines development and maintenance, and budget/hours management/monitoring budget, and maintaining our standards of quality and value
•    Day-to-day knowledge of project status and progress to ensure we meet client objectives, on-time and on-budget and within scope
•    Assist in fulfilling client deliverables, including securing meetings and submissions requirements
•    Coordinate submission preparation and conduct follow-up as necessary
•    Coordinate revisions
•    Own task management in time-tracking and project management systems: implements/maintains projects
•    Liaise with rest of project management group to ensure appropriate staffing throughout project lifecycle.  Monitor project staff allocation in appropriate resource management system(s)
•    Make appropriate use of technology systems and keeps all systems current as required based on SOPs
•    Support the development and maintenance of practice-specific process documents (eg, SOPs and Best Practice Guidelines)
•    Ensure team compliance with all relevant SOPs and Best Practice Guidelines
•    Support development and tracking of goals, budget, and other financial metrics for Project Management Department
•    Support identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives as appropriate
•    Support the development of proposals/SOWs by assisting with gathering information
•    Recognize out-of-scope activities and proactively communicate with client to ensure client approves budgetary and timeline implications
•    Fully trained on client systems and dedicated to compliance in use of these systems
•    Work with junior project team members to provide mentorship and training
•    General understanding of other department best practices 
•    Financial awareness of efficiencies

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree

Five plus years of experience in a related area
