Senior Project Leader

Responsibilities: 

• Provide end-to-end project management for ongoing simultaneous projects across multiple clients
• Provide direction and expectations to account teams; assist with detailed project plans and monitor progress
• Create detailed business requirement documents for development team based on scope of work
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Manage the functional QC reviews across team members and ensuring timely, accurate adjustments as required
• Manage projects with digital vendor partners
• Maintain quarterly freelance and vendor spend spreadsheets; assist with finance coding for vendor invoice processing
• Responsible for ensuring that relevant clients and account team members are kept up to date on project developments: changes in timings, scope and any issues arising
• Ensure that internal and client sign-offs are obtained on all key project deliverable

To Succeed You Will Need: 

• Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager in an agency environment; healthcare agency experience a plus
•  Understanding of SEO, Analytics, User Experience, Responsive Web Design, Social Media
•  Understanding of key technical aspects of the development process for website delivery; understanding backend and data systems is a plus
•  Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Excellent organization and time management skills
•  Ability to be positive, problem-solve creatively, and remain calm and stable under pressure
