Role: Senior Project Manager IRT
Location: US, EMEA

* . As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
* *Monitor quality and effectiveness of staff and deliverables and routinely report key metrics to department heads.
* Foster a positive work environment and team culture by supporting and soliciting inputs from team members at all levels.
* *Communicate/Act as a point of contact by providing status updates to all department heads through periodic meetings.
* Create/Review proposals for strategic development of the group and provide feedback to senior management supporting business decisions.
* *Provide technical leadership, training support, stakeholder management, resource management for the groups at initiation and build phase.
* Represent ITG during internal audits, bid defenses and client qualification meetings from ROW.
* *Support department heads to build staff development plans and administer yearly salary budget reviews.
* Support department heads to forecast staffing needs and implement the cross functional trainee program as needed.
* *Responsible for interviewing and hiring decisions regarding candidates at leadership levels.
* Provide mentorship and operations support to leadership team in ROW.
* *Champions change and effectively manage the implementation for process improvement initiatives/aQuEity.
* *Function as acting line manager as required.
