As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will lead programming activities for clinical studies, oversee data analysis outputs, and play a key role in CDISC ADaM programming to deliver high quality study results.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead programming deliverables for assigned studies ensuring quality, compliance and timelines
• Build, validate and run statistical programs for ADaM datasets, tables, listings and figures
• Develop and maintain standard macros and programming tools
• Provide programming guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Perform quality review of deliverables and support audits as needed
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support study execution and data insights

Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or quantitative field; master’s or PhD desirable
• 6+ years' experience in statistical programming within clinical research
• Strong SAS skills with hands on experience in ADaM and SDTM standards
• Working knowledge of R programming
• Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP and regulatory expectations
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead in a matrix environment
