Site Activation Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

The Site Activation Coordinator will be assigned to one of ICONs Global Key Accounts.  Supporting the Site Activation/SSU team in relation to provision of project status update in a timely manner and in agreed adherence with ICON/client KPI’s, reporting norms, appropriate regulations and ICON’s quality standards

Position Summary:

As a Site Activation Coordinator you will provide administrative and coordinating support for site activation activities through all phases of the clinical trial lifecycle. In a manner that ensures timeframes, targets and the quality of the deliverables are in line with internal and external customer expectations.

You will work as part of a close and successful team, working with Study Start-Up and Site Activation colleagues to ensure optimized site activation and maintenance.

o    Ideally with proven Start Up experience in the management of clinical trials and/or staff in a global/multi-regional environment.

o    Ability to successfully manage, positively interact and liaise successfully with all levels of staff at ICON, vendors and clients.
