現在、当社の多様でダイナミックなチームに加わっていただける治験実施施設管理担当者を募集しています。ICONの施設管理担当者として、施設管理チームに運営上のサポートを提供し、治験の円滑な運営と革新的な治療法の進歩に貢献する重要な役割を担っていただきます。

職務内容
・治験実施施設訪問のスケジュール設定、会議資料の準備、治験文書の保管など、治験実施施設の管理活動の調整を支援します。
・施設管理計画の策定および維持管理を支援し、治験実施計画書および規制要件との整合性を保ちます。
・メール、電話、通信を含む治験実施施設関連の連絡を管理し、適時かつ正確に回答がなされるようにします。
・治験実施施設への治験関連資料の配布と追跡を助け、治験のスケジュールと要件が遵守されるようにします。
・カレンダーの管理、経費報告、出張手配など、治験実施施設管理チームのメンバーに運営上のサポートを提供します。

求められるプロフィール
・関連分野の学士号または同等の経験。
・運営業務の経験（医療または臨床研究環境でのものが望ましい）。
・タスクに優先順位を付け、複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理する能力を伴う、強力な事物整理スキルおよび時間管理スキル。
・職能横断的チームや外部の利害関係者と効果的に連携する能力を伴う、優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人スキル。
・Microsoft Office製品（Word、Excel、Outlook）およびその他の関連ソフトウエアアプリケーションに習熟していること。
