Primary Responsibilities
**Data mining/analytics and working with offshore data stewards and developers**
- Oversee day-to-day processing and stewardship of the reference data to include managing offshore resources
- Analyze data trends to quickly identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to launch new product offerings, enhancements to existing offerings and address issues
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of Symphony Health healthcare reference data
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Healthcare system and reference data management experience
- Ability to quickly understand process flow steps and identify areas for improvement
- Highly analytical with an ability to interpret data trends and pinpoint opportunities for improvement
- Skilled at jumping quickly from high level to detailed level analysis
- Problem solving skills especially in relation to working cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to lead projects and meet deadlines
- Expert at assessing overarching goals to determine day-to-day priorities
- Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks along with SQL and Oracle databases is preferred
- Strong product and data knowledge to support training newer employees
- Comfortable to speak to clients regarding data, deliverables and custom solutions
- Able to mine data to answer complex client inquiries, understand what is the ‘real’ question the client is asking
