We have an incredible opportunity for a Statistical Programmer II to join the diverse and dynamic team within the Biotech, Government, and Public Health division at ICON.
Location: United States (home-based OR office-based)
Overview of the Role:
The Statistical Programmer II will create, validate, and generate statistical programs consisting of outputs such as listings, tables, figures, and SDTM/ADaM domains of low to moderate complexity.
- Execute programming deliverables on multiple projects in parallel
- Effectively manage competing priorities to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Design, develop, validate, and document SAS programs to generate analysis datasets, generate summary tables, figures and listings
- Ensure programs are in accordance with documented procedures and project specific timelines to generate accurate, complete and consistent outputs
- Support Senior Programmer on assigned studies
To be successful, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience successfully performing the role of Statistical Programmer, in the clinical research industry
- Experience with SDTM, ADAM, and TLF programming
- Expert knowledge of SAS programming (certification is preferred)
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to adapt
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related scientific discipline)
