We are currently seeking a Senior Statistical Scientist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Statistical Scientist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading advanced statistical analysis and modeling for clinical trials and research projects. You will provide expert guidance on study design, statistical methodologies, and data interpretation, ensuring rigorous analysis and accuracy. Your expertise will contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies by delivering high-quality statistical insights, driving strategic decision-making, and supporting the successful execution of complex research studies.

• Leading the statistical analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop statistical analysis plans and methodologies for clinical studies.
• Conducting advanced statistical analyses and modeling techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Providing statistical expertise and guidance on study design, protocol development, and data interpretation.
• Contributing to the development of scientific publications, presentations, and regulatory documents.

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in statistical analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, statistical methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
