We are currently seeking a Site Management Associate (SSU Associate) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Site Management Associate at ICON, you will play an important role in doing Study Start Up activities.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Trial & Site Administration: Track essential documents and safety reports; maintain CTMS and trackers; coordinate study tools, supplies, labeling, and translations.

  Document Management: Prepare, distribute, archive, and quality-check clinical documents and eTMF; support reconciliation, investigator files, updates, and document destruction.

  Regulatory & Start-Up: Collect and submit site documentation; track insurance; support IRB/EC submissions and regulatory activities.

  Budgeting & Contracts: Support country/site budgets, contracts, payments, compliance tracking, and reporting.

  Meeting Planning: Organize study and investigator meetings, materials, and vendor coordination.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• 2 years above solid SSU experience. Must have initial submission experience.
• Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
