We are looking for a Study Start-Up CRA with hands-on site selection experience to support early-phase clinical trial activities. This role will primarily focus on site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits, working closely with internal stakeholders and investigative sites to ensure timely study start-up.

What you will be doing

• Conduct site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits in line with study requirements

• Evaluate site capabilities, patient population, staffing, and facilities to determine suitability

• Support site feasibility assessments and provide clear recommendations for site selection

• Liaise with investigative sites, vendors, and internal teams during the start-up phase

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of site selection activities

• Support study timelines by proactively identifying and resolving site-related risks

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in site selection activities within clinical research

• Prior experience conducting site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of clinical trial start-up processes

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and priorities

• Must be amenable to report to client office for at least 1x week
