We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Contracts to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Supervisor, Contracts at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the contract management process, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the execution of agreements critical to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

• Supervising and guiding the contract management team in negotiating and drafting contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract interpretation, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Developing and implementing contract management processes and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operational teams to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.

• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
