APM- Supervisor role

1. To manage the daily activities of the iRIS APM team per the direction of the Manager, PM.

2. To ensure client satisfaction by acting as the supervisor to the APM in matters of iRIS studies.

3. To communicate with the Project Managers and Manager,

4. PM on APM tasks in a responsible and professional manner and provide them with regular updates

5. Coach, mentor and develop direct reports.

6. Delegate work to direct reports as appropriate.

7. Evaluate performance of direct reports and establish mutually agreeable goals and timeline.

8. Develop supporting staff skills, encourage growth and provide regular performance feedback.
