We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional who can work as a trusted partner to our People Leaders and provide a high quality level of service to both them and our potential candidates.
Working predominantly with our Early Development Team in Netherlands your role will be broad in scope and encompass the following
Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools
Provide a high level of candidate care and ensure a positive hiring experience for all candidates
Recommend, coordinate and participate In hiring events such as Job Fairs, external recruiting and other networking events
Measure the performance of preferred suppliers and reduce dependency through innovative and creative direct delivery methods
Forecast placements based on demand, changes in the customers' business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand
Produce timely and accurate activity and Management Information reporting for your business areas
We are seeking candidates with any level of Recruiting experience who are comfortable working independently and within a data driven environment.
