Are you a fluent Dutch, French & English speaker and experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career? If so - looking no further...  DOCS are a consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industry. We are part of one of the world's most successful clinical research organizations ICON PLC. We support our customers (SMEs and "global player") in the search for specialist permanent and project-based employees, to a large extent within the framework of functional Service provider (FSP). *LI-MB1

The successful candidate will have previous experience in recruiting within a clinical environments focused on Project Management, CTA and CRA hiring. Work location will be in the Business Center Leuven - Bedrijvencentrum Leuven, Interleuvenlaan 62, 3001 Heverlee. 
 
Responsibilities
  • You will focus on Recruiting candidates within the framework of the FSP agreement
  • Independently coordinating and managing your own recruitment projects
  • Recruiting across a variety of different departments in the clinical, non-clinical and medical devices sector
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from search, identification and offer
  • Condition and contract negotiations with candidates
  • Accompaniment and support of candidates and clients throughout the entire Recruitment process from  the initial response to the final offer
  • Requirements
  • Degree or comparable education
  • Experience in the personnel services, ideally in the pharmaceuticals (nice to have)
  • Interest in pharmaceutical issues
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Unconditional will to succeed
  • Strong communication skills with "sales" mentality
