About the Role:

We currently have a position for Talent Acquisition Team Lead for our DOCS Sourcing team in Chennai. This role will handle the Line Management responsibilities for the Sourcing Specialists and be a center of excellence for Sourcing channels in US, APAC and EMEA

Requirements:

• Recruitment industry experience, preferably within Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare or Medical Devices

• Minimum 2 years of Line Management exp, preferably a handled a sourcing team

• Results oriented and the ability to plan and prioritize
