We are currently seeking a Project Analyst I to join our diverse and dynamic team. Working closely with our project team, you will provide invaluable guidance and support, ensuring that every task is accomplished with precision and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

What You'll Do:

• Champion Process Improvement: Embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement, streamlining our operations to add value to our business and meet client needs.

• Timely Project Execution: Perform assigned project tasks while adhering to timelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and performance metric standards.

• Resource Management: Select and manage suppliers and other project resources for assigned tasks, working collaboratively with guidance and team oversight.

• Risk Management: Identify risks associated with assigned tasks and execute effective strategies to minimize these risks.

• Performance Tracking: Measure and track project-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring project success is quantifiable and well-documented.

• Meeting Facilitation: Play a vital role in supporting project meetings, resolving issues, and providing recaps and corrective/preventative actions.

Your Profile:

• Budgeting background preferable

• Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills

• Process- driven and strong attention to detail with superior organisational skill

• Dedicated team player

• Experience in managing multiple, varied task simultaneously and independently

• Analytical and data detective mindset
