My name is Deni, and I joined ICON plc on August 1st, 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner supporting recruitment across EMEA. I bring over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a background spanning clinical research, IT, and banking & insurance, as well as experience in both in-house and staffing environments.

At ICON, I support hiring across multi- and single-sponsor clinical operations, labs, biometrics, corporate functions, and more. Clinical recruitment is where my passion truly lies — I’m motivated by the impact our teams make and the opportunity to connect talented professionals with meaningful roles.
