He supports recruiting efforts regionally for both divisions: ICON Strategic Solutions (ISS) and Full-Service (FS).

Ruben mainly recruits all levels in Clinical Monitoring, Trial Management, Data Management, Statistical Programming, and Regulatory across multiple countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, the US, and Canada.
