Account Supervisor, Pricing, Market Access and Reimbursement
Flexible Location across USA: Office based or Remote

Recent months has seen a restructuring of Market Access and Pricing & Reimbursement (PMAR) teams providing a new alignment to better service our clients. To help us do this, we are looking for an Account Supervisor of Client Engagement. Responsible for supporting client engagement on a day to day basis with new and existing accounts and providing close partnership to the internal delivery teams at the direction of the Account Vice President to help assure delivery excellence and overall client satisfaction to retain and grow account revenue and margin. The Account Supervisor is the lead client-facing contact responsible for managing the daily relationship and deliverables including engagement kickoffs, account maintenance, brand planning and upselling opportunities.
The Role:
- Work collaboratively with the centralized delivery and project management organization to set and manage client expectations and help drive quality deliverables, productivity and cost control
- Help drive sales efforts to achieve targets in new and existing accounts
- Retain, manage and expand revenue with clients in assigned client tier, territory or grouping
- Manage pricing/margin of new proposals with the Project Management team.
- Ensure timely invoicing and revenue tracking and reporting

- Travel (approximately 50%) domestic
To perform the Account Supervisor role successfully, you will have a blend of the skills and knowledge listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- 3+ years of experience in market access or related fields at a biopharmaceutical, consulting, agency or managed care organization
- Existing client relationships and engagement skills with proven experience managing biopharma accounts preferred
- Demonstrated ability to sell new business/upsell in existing accounts
- Success working cross-functionally with critical deliverables and tight timelines
- Strong project delivery skills and ensures project activities are consistent with project requirements and contractual scope of work
- Communicates effectively (verbal and written) with others departments and at all levels within the organization and with clients/vendors
- Able to adapt to changes in deadlines and changes in the nature of assignments whilst working across multiple accounts.
