Client Services Associate II, Mapi Research Trust

Location: France (Lyon) or UK (Marlow) or US (Raleigh)

If you have an interest in languages and in coordinating patient-reported outcomes, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Author Collaborations team at Mapi Research Trust.

Within the Author Collaboration team, we develop partnerships with authors of research outcomes questionnaires as well as our clients' who use this product in their own clinical trials.

As a Client Services Associate II, you will be using your client management skills, to focus on providing outstanding customer service to our authors and clients. You will also be involved in managing budget, writing proposals and managing project timelines.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop proposals, discuss quotes, establish contract with the client
• Run the project to delivery endpoint, managing timelines throughout the project
• Establish customer relationships with our clients, authors and other internal teams
• Collaborate with internal language services teams for linguistic validation and translation

To succeed you will have:

• Previous experience in the translation industry (COA/PRO translation) particularly in managing linguistic validation projects and eCOA processes
• Outstanding customer services experience
• Previous experience in linguistics validation and account management
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive work ethic
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing with strong communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently
• Applicants must also be able to demonstrate drive, passion, and autonomy
• A background/qualification Languages, English, Marketing or Business is preferred but not essential
