Clinical Trial Coordinator

As a CTC you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Providing ongoing administrative support to other members of the clinical study team, supporting other clinical colleagues in tracking study progress
• Document management, tracking, electronic filing and review
• Managing the delivery of non-drug related study supplies. Coordinate and prepare the ancillary supply and clinical supply for study.
• Project support include but not limited to run report, follow tracker, PO, preparation before site initiation(ancillary supply, binders/materials), translation, logistic support
• Communicate with Head quarter and local depot to confirm the shipment order from clinical site could proceed well.

You are:

• Bachelor or above degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, Clinical Medicine or equivalent degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English for both written and spoken
