This is a great opportunity for CRAs who have a passion for Clinical Research, but who no longer want the travel that goes with it.
 
Our Production team is looking for CRA professionals who understand protocols and the challenges that Clinical Research faces. The individual will have a high level of understanding of strict clinical protocols with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and will work with our Technical Writers to create world class scripts and instructional theories for our high-quality training products, including e-learning programmes and online information tools. The CT SME will be competent to work on their own but also be able to work as a team member along with other professionals.
 
Firecrest Clinical is part of the ICON plc. Group and produces highly visual and engaging products for the Clinical Trial Industry.  Firecrest products help improve Site performance by delivering innovative and effective training to sites while complying with Industry Standards.  As an organisation responsible for the development of clinical training for medical staff, the CT SME role is critical to the delivery of accurate, relevant and engaging training products to our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have -
  • *A minimum of two years’ experience in the clinical trials industry, preferably as a CRA.
  • *Familiarity in working with clinical trial protocols, ideally across several therapeutic indications.
  • *Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree or local equivalent.
