Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)
Location: Rome, Italy
 
ICON’s Late Phase division, ICON Commercialisation and Outcomes team are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant in Rome. You will work in a cross-functional team assisting the delivery of global, complex clinical trial programmes in Late Phase (Studies IIIb and IV) both observational and non-observational studies for pharma, medical device and biotechnology accounts. 
 
About Clinical Trial Assistant at ICON?
 
Located in our offices in Rome, you’ll be working with a collaborative and successful team to support our Clinical Trial Leader and Project Management teams with operational activities across Europe.
 
In this entry level position, you will focus on providing the support for your projects, including maintaining and tracking clinical study documentation, coordinating study materials and collating relevant study information. 
 
As a Clinical Trial Assistant at ICON, you’ll use our innovative clinical trial technology and continue to learn and master new skills, which will help you to progress with your career within Clinical Research at ICON.
 
About the ideal person?
 
The successful applicant will possess strong administration skills.  You will be highly organised, as you will be supporting several members of your team.  You will have strong communication skills, to communicate with all stakeholders in English.
 
Additionally, ICON would require our Clinical Trial Assistant to have a good working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
