ICON Clinical Research is Whole Owned Foreign Company which founded in 1990 in Ireland. We expanded our business from 1996 in APAC region.　

Due to global growth, we are now recruiting for Supervisor of Clinical Trail Assistant for ICON’s Clinical Trial Management department based in Beijing, China. This role forms an integral part of an enthusiastic, inspirational, dynamic, friendly and supportive team.

PURPOSE:

Effectively line-manage Senior and Clinical Trial Assistant staff to ensure productivity, quality performance and continuous development.

FULL TIME EMPLOYEE IN BANGALOR:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs
*To provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations and assistance to Project Manager(s) and Project Director(s).
To assist the Clinical Operations /Project Management teams in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals.
To support the Clinical Operations /Project Management teams with ongoing conduct of studies.
To set up, organize and maintain clinical study documentation (e.g. Main Study Files, CRFs, etc.) including preparation for internal/external audits, final reconciliation and archival.
To process Data Collection Forms i.e. log in, tracking, quality control as appropriate for the study.
To recognize the importance of and create a culture of expecting excellence, delivering on commitments and inspiring others.
To contact clinical sites for specific requests (e.g., enrollment updates, missing documentation, meeting arrangements, etc.).
To attend project team meetings and generate meeting minutes.
To manage staff and set clear goals and objectives to drive an expectation of excellence.

Key Requirements:

At least 3 years as CTA role or Project assistant role
Research or health care related academic or work experience preferable.
Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meticulous attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Computer literacy: e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
College diploma or local equivalent
