- Lead the ICON University learning design and production process end-to-end (across all formats and modalities including Online, ILT and Blended) ensuring effective and efficient learning solutions are created to meet learning needs.
- Lead the design and media teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, curriculum, and learning platforms, to ensure we add value to the business and meet our clients’ needs
- Mange the integrations of our media/platforms to ensure an efficient and seamless interaction for learners across ICON.
- Analyse current data to drive innovation in learning formats and delivery modalities, challenging the status quo and driving the efficacy of learning.
- Project Manage key development projects across multiple stakeholders ensuring adherence to timelines and budget
- Responsible for identifying and managing external vendors who can support our design philosophy and who partner with ICON to deliver effective and engaging solutions
- Responsible for managing the production budget across all outsourced projects and also key system budgets ensuring strong return on investment
- Provide proactive consultative services and value added recommendations for the ICON U Management Team and business in partnership with our HR colleagues.
- Proactively work with the ICON University Senior Management team in the creation of the broader ICON University strategy

- Responsible for managing the production budget across all outsourced projects and also key system budgets ensuring strong return on investment
- Provide proactive consultative services and value added recommendations for the ICON U Management Team and business in partnership with our HR colleagues.
- Proactively work with the ICON University Senior Management team in the creation of the broader ICON University strategy
- Minimum 7 years in a leadership role, managing Learning, HR or Talent systems and teams in a corporate and commercially savvy environment.
- Has designed and overseen the implementation of large scale enterprise learning solutions, especially in the HR or Talent space. Highly experienced in systems and software development methodologies and practices.
- Familiar with a range of relevant learning-related systems and solutions (LMS, CMS, Social platforms, Web Classroom/vILT solutions, Knowledge management systems, Assessment and Evaluation solutions, Mobile Learning solutions etc)
- Expertise in a range of standard technologies including some/all of web technologies (html5, xml, javascript, JSON etc), learning technology standards (SCORM, Tin Can/xAPI), databases and related technologies (SQL etc), open source platforms and solutions etc.
- Familiar with wider HR and Talent systems, including experience of data and related systems integration practices
- Up to speed on latest innovations in learning technology (for example Immersive and AR-based simulations, location-based approaches, adaptive technologies, analytics and data-driven learning, tags, wearables and devices etc)
- Proven experience in managing a geographically dispersed team and of leading in a matrix or global organisation
- Understands enterprise-level transformational programmes and has experience developing effective change management plans
- Significant experience in leading large scale organizational change efforts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytic, and project management skills and a keen ability to successfully partner with and work through others.
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team and to engage stakeholders in identified solutions.
- BA, BSc degree in Computer Science, IT systems, Learning Technology or similar
- Masters Degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Systems Management, IT
