Director, Portfolio Management - Real World Evidence

• Expand the use of ICO services with clients to meet the changing trends within the industry for real world data collection.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

•Maintain and Increase networks in assigned accounts through regular communication via telephone or in person.

• Participate in the development of project governances with targeted clients.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

•Works with project teams to meet or exceed KPIs for assigned portfolios as agreed upon with the client and RWE SLT.

• Provide thought leadership and external visibility for the group, staying on top of industry trends and innovations.

• Support the development of preferred provider relationships among selected clients to further strengthen the project portfolios.                                       

•Meet or exceed revenue targets developed by the department

• As a member of staff is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

•Support staff recruitment and retention initiatives as required

• Provide coaching/mentoring to Project Managers (PMs)/Other Operational Team Members and contribute to department training initiatives as appropriate.

• Travel (up to 50%) domestic and/or international.
