Director, Site Network
Location: Candidate should reside in one of the following states; North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, Kentucky, Wisconsin or Minnesota
Position Summary:
You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, control of Site Network Operations within the US. You will ensure delivery and development of the Site Network management team against key performance indicators. You will drive the completion and delivery of the end to end service through a direct communication with network staff and close management of Site Network metrics. You will deliver quality performance and streamlined process efficiencies to enable ICON develop and grow Site Network capabilities within the US. Reporting to Senior Director, Site Networks / or the VP Site Networks you will work to develop and grow the capabilities, productivity and quality levels. You will provide leadership, direction and accountability for the operational teams and their delivery .
The Role:
* *Responsibilities in regard to resourcing, line management, training, functional delivery and agreeing high quality measurements within the Accellacare Site Network. Collaboration with the Senior Director or VP on the above.
* *Leading the overall delivery, through your management team, to drive execution of service, client satisfaction, quality and efficiencies.
* *Communicate with the Senior Director on all critical issues and business growth opportunities. To keep your Senior Director informed of all critical sponsor issues and the solutions that are being worked on.
* *Working closely with Business Development to support the growth of the site network and provide regional/client based knowledge to achieve success. In addition to be the key contact for the site networkin regard to operational questions and escalations
* *Developing key relationships with the wider business both locally at country level and through the global function, in particular global project management and global clinical operations.
* *Working closely with the functional heads of CRA monitoring and Study start up activities so that global consistency, focus and development are achieved across their remit.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility
* Travel (approximately 30%) domestic and/or international

You will need:
To have a passion and enthusiasm for growing clinical research access for patients and clinicians. Dedication in driving new innovations and technologies that support overall performance of the Site Network. The ability to build connections within the larger ICON organization to streamline efficiencies between business units. A strong will to succeed that permeates through your direct team members.
Requirements:
Minimum of a completed bachelor's degree
Hands-on experience managing operations and P&L of a site from an SMO perspective.
