* As a manager the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
* Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international.
* Read, ensure understanding and adhere to all assigned ICON SOPs and working procedures (or sponsor as appropriate).
* Complete all assigned training and courses in the ICON Training Management system (iLearn) (or sponsor system, as appropriate); ensuring that mandatory courses are all completed before the designated date and that the required system specific training has been completed for current studies.
* Ensure effective resource allocation and workload balancing across assigned teams in coordination with Team Leads & Sr.Staffs.
* Provide resource projection on an ongoing basis to Management as appropriate.
* Identify and organize the training needs as appropriate in coordination with CTD.
* Perform interim /annual performance appraisal of assigned team members and identify gaps and propose development plans.
* Identify gaps and suggest process improvements (internal/external) on an ongoing basis.
* Responsible for administrative management and provide other general duties as required to support the company.
* Liaise with the Manager and Sr.Leadership team in order to ensure that overall project objectives are met in an efficient manner.
* Provide input to the development of new systems and processes, as required.
* Ensure adequate processes are put in place in response to deviations in data quality, timelines and/or budget.
* Provide regular feedback to operations team on their performance and instigate follow up review where required.
* Provide advice on DOCS operations hub activities and/or process improvement initiatives as required.
