We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic FSP team.

As a Clinical Trial Assistant at ICON, you will collaborate with global cross-functional study teams and be responsible for multiple tasks that span from study start-up to study close-out.

What you will be doing

• Assist study team with the preparation of any documents or tracking and updating information

• eTMF filing, quality, maintenance, compliance and oversight

• Development and delivery of sites’ ISF and eISF when utilized and act as primary point of contact for the sites and manage the Site Operations/monitor access to eISF prior to SIV

• Maintain sponsor's registries and systems as required

• Provide reporting to support management of clinical trials 

• Provide support with audit and inspection readiness activities

• Perform customization and translation of documents as required

• Manage Physical Archiving needs as required

• Preparation of documents and communications for distribution to and collection from sites, as required 

• Contribute to team projects and initiatives at the country or regional level. 

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, pharmacy or a healthcare-related field.

• Clinical research experience is required

• Prior experience in supporting global cross-functional teams would be an asset.

• eTMF, CTMs experience. Working knowledge of Veeva Vault would be an advantage

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations and guidelines.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
