The role:

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor Outsourcing with identifying clinicians from AIS domestic homecare agency and staffing network and assisting in identifying new homecare agencies.

Responsibilities:

Processing clinician documentation, creating clinician files, processing all domestic homecare order processing through centralized order entry and tracking order fulfillment, maintaining a database of in-home clinicians; homecare agencies and staffing firms, participation in calls with preferred provider agencies.

What do you need:

-Bachelor’s Degree

-English speaking – fluent written and spoken

-1+ years experience in similar area

-Experience in Microsoft products, ability to enter information into databases, customer service background and ability to call clients on the phone.
