The Project Co-ordinator will be a key role Responsible for assisting Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs with the day-to-day monitoring of trials. 

Key Activities will involve:

·         Responsible for assisting Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs with the day-to-day monitoring of trials.

·         Responsible for the generation of internal management reports and provision of these to the Project Coordinator II or the Project Manager, e.g. open status reports, commented results reports.

·         Responsible for the generation of external management reports and provision of these to the Project Manager.

·         Responsible for creating  study documents from templates in the set-up phase of a study e.g. communication / escalation plan, ICOLABS forms

·         As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

·         Performs any other task related to project management that may be required.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

·         A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical research industry experience

·         prior relevant clinical research industry experience

·         Bachelor of Science or local equivalent
