As a Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer to support our Global Development Data Management team by developing and maintaining standard and custom clinical data reports and tools across multiple platforms. This role is critical to ensuring high data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in clinical data oversight.
What you will be doing:
- Develop, test, and maintain global standard and custom clinical data review reports and dashboards across platforms such as JReview, Spotfire, SAS, and SQL.
- Translate clinical study team needs into actionable report specifications, including patient profiles, reconciliation reports, and metrics tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support integrated data review (CRF, eCOA, biomarker data) and ensure compliance with clinical data standards.
- Contribute to internal process documentation (SOPs, working procedures) and manage metadata definitions within the MDR system.
- Deliver role-based training and provide innovative, scalable reporting solutions to enhance data management oversight and compliance tracking.
You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biology, Data Management, or a related scientific/analytic field.
- 5–8 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting, with hands-on experience in JReview, Spotfire, SAS, and other reporting/analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Solid understanding of FDA/ICH guidelines, drug development processes, and data compliance standards for computerized systems in clinical trials.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
