Position Summary:
Working as part of the global ICON University, the purpose of this role is to act as Regional CRA Lead for AM & LATAM, leading the curriculum offering and team for that region and bearing responsibility for the diagnosis, design, development and delivery of Clinical Operations learning and development solutions to meet the identified needs of ICON's employees at all levels, enabling them to develop and grow as trusted partners to all our customers, external and internal. To lead and/ or support broader Organisation Development projects.
- As a Learning & Development Lead, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
- Act as trusted consultant within HR and to Business Leaders alike, in the diagnosis of needs and recommendation and development of requisite interventions in the context of the broader business goals and the existing Learning & Development Curriculum
- Lead the diagnosis, design and implementation of development interventions, with internal and external customers, to meet the global needs
- Lead an assigned team of Learning & Development specialists (direct or matrix) to create and design training curriculum (including virtual and online) integrating adult learning theory into multi-platform training.
- Mentor and coach other trainers, facilitators and coaches as required
- Develop and facilitate training, workshops and bespoke interventions for a range of audiences with a particular capability to work with senior/executive leaders and Hi-potential employees
- (Depending on specific function) Design, develop and implement self-paced and blended online learning content and solutions. Coach, mentor and upskills others as required
- Design and establish benchmarks that measure the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programs on business performance, and create corresponding enhancement plans. Produce and evaluate periodic reports
- Build a strong network of relationships throughout the business to facilitate own business acumen to aid in understanding business learning needs and development of appropriate interventions
- Identify and manage suitable external vendors, as appropriate, to develop and/ or facilitate learning interventions, thinking about bigger picture needs of the team
- Bring creativity and innovation in the learning & development space; apply best in class practices/ programs to develop, implement and monitor a suite of global interventions
- Prepare and manage the budget associated with assigned programs and projects of responsibility
- Act as trusted consultant in the design and successful implementation of Organisation Development and Effectiveness programs and projects, taking the lead role or as part of a virtual team
- Assist with the development of Learning and Organisation Development strategic plans within ICON University
- Travel may be required (approximately 20 - 50%) domestic and/or international.
What you need:
Must have 2 to 3 years as Senior CRA
BS degree or local equivalent is sufficient
Experience developing and delivering engaging and impactful learning content both in person and virtual. Collaboration in projects.
