As a Logistics Quality Specialist at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering clinical supplies and logistics work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure quality oversight of clinical supply and cold chain activities to maintain compliance with applicable GxP, GDP, ICH, and clinical trial regulations.
• Contribute to the safe and compliant delivery of investigational and auxiliary medicinal products throughout their lifecycle: storage, packaging, transport, distribution, and return/destruction. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for clinical supplies management.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical supplies management.
• Managing relationships with vendors and contract manufacturing organizations to support clinical trial activities.
• Providing expertise and guidance on clinical supplies logistics and distribution processes.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant clinical supplies and logistics experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven QA experience in pharmaceutical or clinical supply chain.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GCP regulations and guidelines
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
